A cookie is a small file stored on your device. This site is a static set of pages about maintenance request reviews for housing operators. We use as little storage as we can. This notice should be read with the privacy notice.

Types we use

Essential. We store your Accept or Reject choice so the banner does not return on every page load. The site works if you reject.

Analytics. Only if you Accept. A simple visit count may be set so we know which pages (for example Briefings or Rates) are read. Rejecting leaves these unset.

How to manage or disable cookies

Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can also clear site data in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may hide the banner choice; the reviews, briefings, and enquiry form still function.

Third-party cookies

Pages load type from Google Fonts, which may set cookies according to Google’s own policies. Images load from Unsplash’s content network. We do not control those parties’ cookies. Embedded maps are not used.

If you disable cookies

You will still be able to read rates, send an enquiry, and open field notes. The banner may appear again. Optional visit counts will not run.
