Refunds, postponement, and deposits

These rules apply to professional reviews and briefings commissioned from Utilityanchorcore. We do not sell boxed goods, software licences, or course seats, so those models are omitted.

Eligibility

A refund is considered when we have not yet started cleaning your extract, or when we cannot produce a usable briefing because the extract lacks dates and estate or trade fields and you decline to supply a better file.

Timeframe

Ask within fourteen days of paying a deposit if no intake call has occurred. After intake, refunds are assessed against work already done.

Full and partial refunds

If we have not opened the extract, the deposit is returned in full. If we have cleaned records or issued a draft chart pack, we retain a portion that reflects days already spent, and return the rest of sums paid. After you have accepted a final briefing, fees are not returned because the deliverable has been given.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked for an Estate Walk Session at your request is not refundable once purchased, unless we cancel. Courier costs for printed committee packs are not refundable after dispatch.

Process

Write to hello@utilityanchorcore.click with the engagement date and organisation name. We confirm in writing what will be returned. Processing takes up to fourteen working days after we agree the amount. Refunds go to the same account or card that paid, unless you are a public body that must use a stated invoice credit.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may postpone a briefing or walk once without charge if you give five working days’ notice. Later postponements may be charged as a half-day. If we postpone because of illness, we offer a new date and do not charge extra.

Deposits

The fifty per cent deposit holds the weeks in the diary. It is applied to the final fee. It is refundable only under the rules above.

No-shows

If nobody from your organisation attends a booked presentation or walk, that sitting is treated as delivered. A second sitting is quoted separately.

Work already started

Cleaning, recoding, and draft charts count as started work. Materials we print for a walk are purchased for your sitting and are not credited if you cancel after printing.

Exceptions

If we miss an agreed committee date through our own delay, you may cancel the remaining sitting and receive a refund of fees for work not delivered. Statutory rights under United Kingdom law are not limited where they cannot be limited.
